Decentralized finance
(DeFi) is the latest Blockchain-based distributed
solutions aiming to provide financial services on a
large scale, without intermediaries and using automated
protocols. DeFi is a fast-growing sub-sector of the
crypto-financial market.
(i)DeFiX is a value-weighted market index of all the DeFi tokens. It follows the CRIX index construction methodology. Each token in (i)DeFiX Index is weighted with its market capitalization, see [1]. The constituents are rebalanced each month.
